How to Place an Order
Select the items you would like to purchase and place them in your cart.
Go to checkout using the standard checkout page or PayPal.
Fill in your email address, full name, and complete shipping information.
If you have a promotion code, add it in the Discount field.
Verify the delivery address → provide payment details → click Complete Order.
Order confirmation will be shown after checkout and also sent by email. Support: service@nexallune.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please send support the following:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After confirmation, the correct product will be shipped without extra payment. Email: service@nexallune.com
Confirming Your Order
Please check your email for the confirmation message and order number. If it is not visible, review your spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Order update requests may be accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this point, the order may have entered processing. Contact: service@nexallune.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Pick available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Use the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Modify the Quantity section
Remove item: Use Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Click PayPal → sign into your account → approve payment → return to the confirmation screen.
Discount Codes
Enter the discount code → click Apply → the savings will appear in the order summary.
