Processing Time
Most confirmed orders are packed and shipped within five business days.

After the package is dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 10–20 business days based on destination country and carrier service.

Shipping Destinations
We provide international shipping worldwide.

If a delivery destination cannot be served due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you and provide an alternative arrangement when possible.

Changing the Shipping Address
Address update requests must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same order day.

After fulfillment begins, changes to shipping details may no longer be possible.

Alternative Shipping Addresses
Orders may be shipped to an address different from the billing address.
