Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to every order placed through the Nexallune website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Orders are sold and fulfilled by Nanjing Shengfu Banxian Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us"), with registered office at Room 2550, Office Building No. 8, Longtan Avenue, Longtan Subdistrict, Qixia District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. An order is accepted and becomes a binding contract once we confirm dispatch.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the product pages at the time of checkout. Payment is collected in full when the order is placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel or change your order within 6 hours of placing it, before processing begins. To cancel, email service@nexallune.com with your order number. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $69; below $69, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
